In this article, we will review:
Introduction
All transactions related to your wristband/RFID credential (hereafter referred to as “wristband”) generate a transaction history. You can use your Intellitix Guest Account to review these entries and to send yourself emailed receipts for them. This article explains how to do both of these things.
If you are seeking a refund for a purchase made at the event and/or your remaining refundable event balance, check out the Event Refunds article for more information.
How to Access Your Transaction History
The Transactions screen for the applicable event in your Intellitix Guest Account is your information hub for all vendor purchases and Top-ups at the event that are related to your wristband, as well as any refunds that have been issued on those transactions.
Perform the following steps to access your transaction history.
- Log into your Intellitix Guest Account and use the search bar or the list of events on the Welcome [Your Name] screen to find the specific event that you are attending.
- Click the View link next to the applicable event.
- Click the Transactions option from the left-side menu on the next screen. The Transactions screen displays.
- Click the View button for any listed transaction to view the details of the transaction such as the order number and an itemized receipt.
If you want to return to the Transactions screen to access the details for another transaction, you can click the Back button near the top-right corner of the screen.
How to Send Yourself an Emailed Transaction Receipt
You have the option to send yourself an email receipt for most transactions related to your wristband. The exception to this is Top-up transactions that were gifted by the event.
Once you are on the transaction history screen for a transaction, you only need to click the Email Receipt button near the top-right of the screen. A confirmation message will display, and you will receive an email at the same email address that you used to create your Intellitix Guest Account. This may take a couple of minutes.
