How Do I Purchase a Ticket?

  1. From the event’s ticketing page you will need to enter how many tickets you would like in the pop-up window in the middle of the screen using the + and - buttons then click OK once you have the amount of tickets desired chosen.

  1. The pop-up will go away and then you can click Add to Cart on the right side of the page (if you don't see it at first scroll down on the right side of the page).

  1. You will then be taken to the account login page:
    • If you already have an account - enter your email and password then click LOG IN.
    • If you have not created an account yet - click SIGN UP then enter the details you would like to use for your account in the fields, and click SIGN UP. You will be taken to a confirmation page, click Continue.
  2. You will be taken into your cart with a breakdown of your order and account information. If you don’t already have a payment method saved you will need to click on +Add new payment method and enter your card details in the expanded page.
  3. Once you have added a payment method and reviewe your order click PLACE ORDER at the bottom of the page. 

  1. Once the order has been successfully placed you will be taken to a confirmation page that says “THIS IS NOT YOUR TICKET” at the top of the page. You will also receive a confirmation email with your receipt to the email address you used for your account.
